CFR 49 SS663 and bus production QA inspections are a critical part of new bus procurements. FMS has some of the highest experienced production bus inspectors in the industry.
FMS has been performing pre award and post-delivery audits for four decades. We have a full grasp of the critical issues surrounding the Buy America compliance. We utilize the auditor's handbook and present the information in an easy to read and understand report. This has helped many agencies both close any issues and pass their triennial capital funding review. We have served as the MBTA Cal/Act Cooperative purchasing support, where we have audited over 50 production plants for both Quality assurance practices and Buy America compliance.
